Amazing Bead Show

Market turned out to be absolutely fabulous! I found so many wonderful beads and now have many great ideas. I got a good variety of semi precious stones like lemon quartz, smokey quartz, rose quartz, aquamarine, citrine, and pink amethyst. I also found a strand of turqoise that is so beautiful! I got a good helping of fresh water pearls in some very unique colors, like avocado green and copper. I have already created some beautiful things with the materials I found and have many more to come! Here are some pieces I have just added to my site!

Going to Market!

Very excited! I'm headed to the Market in Charlotte, NC this Sunday! Can't wait to find some new beads! Hopefully I will discover some great stuff that will inspire me. Please check back on my blog to see pics of new creations soon!

No nap today

Unfortunately Annabelle refuses to take a nap today! Guess that's what I get for letting her sleep til 8:30 this morning. At least I can now look forward to an early bedtime tonight!

Camping Trip

Recently my husband and I took our daughter and two dogs camping in Pisgah National Forest near Brevard, NC. It was a lot of fun! It definitely got me out of my comfort zone for awhile! Annabelle loved it! Especially playing in the river we camped right beside. We hiked, made smores by the campfire and visited the fish hatchery trout farm. It was amazing!
